Thanks visiting! I have 18 years of experience serving youth and adults both as a mental health therapist, clinician, and behaviorist.
My specialty is working with LGBT+ adults and couples. Issues I have worked with in the past include self-acceptance, the coming out process, gender transition, and same-sex couples dynamics. I am also skilled with a variety of presenting problems ranging from trauma (sexual, physical, and emotional), substance abuse, HIV, anxiety, and depression.
Sometimes you need a third party perspective. I help couples (of any orientation) with unbiased observations and guidance.
Coming to terms with your identity is a hard experience. I hope to provide some comfort and perspective in your journey.
